At Instore, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Instore account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
